On a fun note , you ask the question “how does one cope with loneliness “? I really wish I knew . Right now where Iam in life stage , I seek out loneliness as Iam in middle of an infinite swirl of human activities with little and big humans all vying for my attention 24/7😆
I want to be lost in mountains with a few favorite books and no cell phone.
Thank you, Sunando! Regarding solitude, make it happen. You have to take care of your self first, to be able to serve others well. If not the mountains, at least to our park, the Y, the tennis courts...take care of yourself too!
Very beatifully expressed, Anu
Thank you, Terry. This was one of those epiphanied where I woke up in the middle of the night and had to write it down!

I understand the sentiment and it is beautifully expressed.
However, I must admit that free-verse poetry never appealed to me :-)
Thank you, Arun! Fair enough:) Only thing that seems to ever come out of me is free verse:)
