Anu! Very well written as always.

We must keep practicing the four key things you have pointed out till repeated actions become a habit.

As always, it's great to read your post, Anu!

I remembered this line while reading your essay's last paras. Not sure if I am quoting this correctly but this over-simplified life mantra has stuck with me :)

“Always Remember to take your Vitamins: Take your Vitamin A for Action, Vitamin B for Belief, Vitamin C for Confidence, Vitamin D for Discipline, Vitamin E for Enthusiasm!!” :))

What a clever mantra, Ruchi. I’ll use it with Sahil. Thank you for your encouragement as always!

It really was a very nice write up Anu ji. Have always felt that enthusiasm is also a belief that the future will be better, a vedantic belief developed or retained by stirring the inherent kindness and compassion inside all of us. Oscar Wilde seems to have captured a beautiful thought stating “ Everything is going to be fine in the end and if it’s not fine, it’s not the end”.

Thank you, Amit! I love that quote by Wilde. Indeed, we will keep trying and going up, staying in the present—hat’s the only way to proceed in life.

Yes. Age is in the mind. I'm still 30. But a lot smarter : )

Ha!:) I feel the age in the body now that I am 30, but not as much when I was 10 a few years back;) I am enthusiastic about being smart, but how smart am I? No idea:))
