Thanks Anu. A Sakshi-like attitude has been my best guide in a few key situations, and I thank you for reminding me. Wishing you all the best with your (blogging) journey.
Beautifully put . So profound yet so simple to learn. This teaching has been my go-to place of solace over the last couple years . It feels so liberating and peaceful when we move from the driver seat of the “actor” to the seat of the witness . Thank you for bringing this timeless wisdom in such simple relatable words !!
Thank you, Madhu! I am so glad it resonates with you. You put it well! Moving from the driver to the witness can be more relaxing:) Although as you know, we should be quick to add that with the Body, Mind, and Intellect, we should take control and steer how we want them to go, but with life in general, Sakshi it is😊. Interesting dichotomy, isn’t it?
Beautifully written :)

Simple and beautifully written. Just like meditation, we should practice bringing "self" to "witness" space without judgement.
Thank you, Padm. And yes. The “without judgment” part is key, and hardest. But that’s the attempt:)
